Cookie Dough Update

I have started making the cookie dough for my Holiday Cookie Trays. 

Two out of five cookies complete...

Chocolate Chip

I was in the baking mood so I decided to make Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins to enjoy now...
So yummy!









The cookie dough is now waiting in the freezer, ready to be baked on Christmas Eve.  I have to say though, my Snickerdoodle stash has been slowly disappearing. The "Cookie Monster" I live with, my boyfriend, has been slowly tapping into them.  (They happen to be his favorite.)  I'll have to make another batch because I am now down to 8 Snickerdoodles!  He's hit the Chocolate Chip stash but not as much as his faves.

Up next... Outrageous Chocolate Cookies & Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies!

Holiday Treats

So I've narrowed down the homemade holiday treats for this year. Each year I bake cookies and other treats to give to family and friends. This year I'm filling cookie tins for my family and possibly making small treat bags for friends and co-workers.

This is my list....

• Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies
• Snickerdoodles
• Soft & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
• Outrageous Chocolate Cookies
• Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Cookies

• Crispy Chocolate Marshmallow Treats
• Double Chocolate Brownies

• Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix (in monogrammed jars, might add a small bag of mini marshmallow)

If I still need to fill the cookie tins I might make Mudslide cookies and/or Double Chocolate Brownie Bites.

Now that the list has been narrowed down it's time to start making cookie dough! I'll post pictures as they're made.

Ninja Plush

Making the zombie last week was so much fun that I was inspired to create another feltie... this time it was a ninja!
